【補肝腎，強筋骨—杜仲】
杜仲性溫、味甘，有補肝腎、強筋骨之功效。在《神農本草經》中被描述為「主腰脊痛，補中，益精氣，堅筋骨，強志，除陰下癢濕。久服身耐老。」其含豐富杜仲膠和木脂素類化合物，適合腰膝痠軟或疼痛、下肢痿軟、筋骨無力人士服用，尤其適合於秋冬季節使用。
【時令養生茶食譜】
鷓鴣杞杜湯
功效 : 補虛強身
材料：鷓鴣1隻、瘦肉50克、枸杞子20克、杜仲5克、馬蹄8隻、木耳5克、薑2片。
做法：
1. 鷓鴣除內臟，瘦肉切成大塊汆水，一起洗淨汆水；
2. 將餘下材料洗淨，馬蹄去皮，木耳用溫水浸開；
3. 將所有材料放入煲內加入適量清水煲滾，改用文火煲2小時，放入鹽、胡椒粉即可飲用。
杜仲黑豆雞腳湯
功效 : 補肝益腎、強壯筋骨
材料：雞腳8隻、杜仲25克、淮牛膝15 克、黑豆 150 克、紅棗(去核) 8粒、薑1片。
做法：
1. 先將所有材料洗淨；
2. 黑豆、雞腳氽水２分鐘，備用，再加入雞腳，沸騰後煮約2分鐘，撈起備用；
3. 3000亳升水煲滾後放入所有材料，大火煲滾後改用文火煲約２小時，最後以加入適量鹽即可。
注意 : 本湯水較為溫補，感冒或體質燥熱人士不宜飲用。
