【炎夏醒胃法寶 】
夏日炎炎，暑濕傷及脾胃，可致食慾不振、食少易飽，精神疲累、乏力，甚至出現腹痛腹瀉等症狀，中醫角度稱為「苦夏」。如加上飲食失衡，過分飢餓或飽肚，常吃生冷食物，傷及脾胃，導致抵抗力下降，就更容易患上「苦夏」 ，尤其脾胃虛弱者要多加注意。
【時令養生茶】
山楂陳皮茶
功效 : 行氣消食，和胃開鬱
材料：山楂10克、陳皮6克、冰糖適量。
做法：
1. 先將所有材料洗淨;
2. 加水600ml大火煲滾火焗15分鐘，即可飲用。
(改善食欲不振、腹部脹痛、厭食)
注意 : 孕婦不宜多服

材料：淮山30克、麥芽30克、栗米1條、瘦肉適量。
做法：
1. 先將麥芽浸泡10分鐘，粟米洗淨切塊;
2. 瘦肉汆水，其他材料洗淨;
3. 加水1500ml大火煲滾轉文火煮半小時，調味後即可飲用，每周可飲用1至2次。
功效 : 醒脾和胃，清暑祛濕

【穴位按摩】

方法 : 合併食指中指腹按壓中脘穴，力道可稍微加重按揉，指壓時會有酸痛，若按摩出現打嗝為正常現象，時間3 - 5分鐘即可
下脘穴
方法 : 使用食指與中指雙指，順時針按揉下脘穴3分鐘即可

足三里穴
方法 : 拇指按壓5分鐘，每分鐘按壓15-20次，每次按壓要使足三里穴有酸脹、發熱的感覺。

注意事項︰
- 忌攝入大量生冷寒涼品/辛辣刺激或其他的溫燥刺激；
- 減少煙酒；
- 注意食品衛生，徹底煮熟食品;
- 避免長時間暴曬;
- 及時補充足夠水分;
- 汗出後，及時擦汗。
