「芒種」| 二十四節氣 推薦食材、禁忌一次看
芒種的意思是代表最適合播種有芒的穀類農作物的時間，是農民的播種、下田最為繁忙的時機。開始進入梅雨時節，空氣潮濕，天氣悶熱，容易滋生蚊蟲。
濕熱之氣到處彌漫，濕性重濁，易傷腎氣、困腸胃，使人感到食慾不振，精神困倦。
芒種時節雨量增，氣溫升高，南方進入陰雨連綿的梅雨季節，空氣十分潮濕，天氣異常悶熱。
人體新陳代謝旺盛、體力消耗大，再加上天氣炎熱、潮濕，很身人都會出現"苦夏"的症狀；覺得食慾不振、全身乏力、精神萎靡等。此時根據人體的狀況及環境的特點，可適當吃些滋陰的食物，有利消除「苦夏」。
【習俗】
1. 端午節：芒種前後最重要的節日便是農曆五月五日的端午節，傳統習俗會在端午節時吃粽。還會在門口插艾草和菖蒲及製作香包來驅邪避凶，趕走蚊蠅毒蟲。也會舉辦划龍舟比賽。
2. 送花神：芒種時，許多花種的花期已經過了，古人在這天會進行祭祀花神的儀式，以餞送花神歸位，並表達對花神的感激之意。
【芒種當季食材】
1、蕃茄
生津止渴、健胃消食、補血養血、降血脂
2、薯仔
提神養胃
3、扁豆
除濕健脾
4、蕎麥
健脾除濕、消積降氣
【忌吃】
忌食油膩：以免引起濕熱體質之人皮膚病發
忌食生冷性涼之物：以免損傷脾胃的陽氣，引起食慾下降和消化不良
【注意】
芒種正值芒果產季，中醫認為芒果屬於「濕毒」水果，容易導致皮膚紅腫發癢、起疹等過敏反應，建議吃芒果時避免接觸果皮，也應適量食用，不可以一口氣吃太多。
【食譜配合】
枸杞防暑茶
配方：枸杞10克、薄荷3克、五味子12克、菊花6克
功效：消暑止渴
做法：洗淨後裝入茶壺中，加入滾水，加蓋焗10分鐘至茶水出味即可飲用。
