    • 芡實屬睡蓮科植物的種子，有水中人參的美名
    • 其味甘澀，性平，有補中，健脾止瀉，固腎益精和除濕的功效，祛濕同時補益脾腎，不燥不膩（芡實淮山一類要連藥/食材吃效果才會比較好）

四神湯

傳統四神湯

功效：健脾化濕，健脾益氣

材料：芡實30克、茯苓20克、蓮子30克、山藥20克、薏仁30克、瘦肉適量

調味：鹽、米酒（適量）

做法：

  1. 薏仁、芡實、蓮子先浸泡約半小時，瘦肉汆水
  2. 將藥材放入水中，加瘦肉，米酒燉煮一小時
  3. 起鍋加適量的鹽調味即可
