Frequently Asked Questions
A：Customers who have signed up for an account can earn points and join the program by making a purchase.
You can register an account in order to become a PuraPharm Club member. If your registration is successful, you will receive an email to verify your account. Once your account is verified, you will become a PuraPharm Club member.
A：For Classic and Sliver diamond, You will earn 1 point for every HK$1 of purchase. For Gold Diamond, You will earn 1 point for every HK$1.5 of purchase. For Black Diamond, You will earn 1 point for every HK$2 of purchase. Customers who have signed up for an account can earn points and join the program by making a purchase.
Membership point is based on total spending of each online order, and if there is a decimal point in total spending, it will not be rounded off. In addition, the overseas and local shipping order fee are not included in the loyalty program.
A：You can select and redeem rewards at the Reward Zone of My Account once you have accumulated sufficient points. Rewards refer to single-use promo codes, which can be applied for discounts or gift redemption. Promo codes can be applied upon checkout during your next purchase. Only 1 promo code can be applied to each order.
A：The PuraPharm Club points are valid for 365 days after the order is fulfilled. Points earned can only be accumulated and redeemed within the valid period. Points that are not redeemed within the valid period will become invalid and cannot be used. If inconsistencies regarding point calculation and expiry arise, the information presented within "My Account" "Point History" shall prevail.
A：You can check the balance of points earned, how to redeem rewards, your reward redemption record and promo codes on the PuraPharm Club page after logging into your account.
A：PuraPharm Club points are not exchangeable/redeemable for cash and are non-transferrable. Points cannot be co-used or shared within accounts of the same member.
A：Membership is valid for one year. Memberships who have been Supporting Members for spending requirement will automatically renewal to next year. As you earn a designated level of PuraPharm Club, you’ll be upgraded to the next membership tier—unlocking even more privileges.
A：You can check the balance of points earned, how to earn points, how to redeem rewards, your reward redemption record and promo codes on the Your Rewards after logging into your account. Please click on add to cart button at right side, the promo code will be added to shopping cart automatically. Only 1 promo code can be applied to each order.
A：Each 1,000 Reward Points to HKD10 value of reward. E-cash rewards can only used upon the spending amount is over $500.
A：You are recommended to use the promo codes yourself to avoid any misuse of the codes.
