【更年期調理有法】
更年期為女性停經前後的一個過渡時期，一般發生於45〜55歲之間。女性體內會有所變化，部分婦女會出現一些症狀，如頭暈，煩躁易怒，心悸失眠，烘熱汗出，五心煩熱，甚則情志失常，腰酸腿軟，四肢浮腫，大便不調，神疲乏力，情緒波動等。
中醫角度，婦女在這時腎氣由盛漸衰，沖任二脈氣血也隨之而衰少，在此生理轉折時期，受內外環境的影響，素體陰陽有所偏勝偏衰，宿有難以治療的疾病，或家庭、社會等環境改變，導致腎陰陽不穩定。
【養生食譜】
蓮子百合寧神湯
功效 : 寧心安神
材料：百合30克、蓮子去心20克、茯神15克、麥冬15克、熟酸棗仁20克。瘦肉適量
做法：
1. 先將所有材料洗淨，瘦肉汆水後備用，其餘材料以清水浸30分鐘。
2. 將所有材料放入煲內加入適量清水煲滾，改用慢火煲1.5小時，加適量鹽調味，即可飲用。
玫瑰解鬱茶
材料：合歡花2克、玫瑰花2克、石斛花2克。
做法：
將所有材料放入保溫壺中用500亳升水焗10-15分鐘，即可飲用。
注意 : 本湯水較為溫補，感冒或體質燥熱人士不宜飲用。
【更年期管理小Tips】
更年期是人自然的生理過程，用樂觀平和的心態去對待，注意情緒管理，保持充足的睡眠。
適當進行靜態或帶氧運動，保證充沛的精力和體力，也能轉移注意力，幫助樹立積極的心態。
飲食方面要注意少吃高鹽、高脂肪、高熱量食物，宜食清淡易消化之食物。
