【最後一個氣節 - 大寒】貫徹冬季養生，勿掉以輕心！
今天迎來一年的最後一個節氣，大寒。很多人以爲冬至過後，天氣漸漸回溫，容易忽略防寒。
其實保暖應貫穿整個冬季，尤其是三個地方：腹部、腳踝、肩背部。
1）腹部的保暖，與消化系統、女性生殖系統密切相關。一般大家都比較注重，小編就不在這裏論述太多。
2）足部
大家大多都會穿著鞋襪保暖，但是腳踝則是容易忽略的地方。
從經絡角度考慮，此處是陰經聚集的地方，氣血較少，是人體陽氣較薄弱的地方。
如果腳踝受寒，有可能會損傷脾胃功能，女士月經也有機會受影響。因此，建議穿著長褲、有筒襪保暖。
3）肩背部
是人體陽氣較集中的地方，相對較為耐寒；但基於都市人以靜態活動爲主，肩背部的氣血容易凝滯，引起各種痛症。
醫師提醒，反覆頸肩、腰部痠痛的人士、特別是辦公室靜態工作者，務必要注意該部位的保暖。常見的例子是睡眠時側躺，背部沒有蓋好被子後發生疼痛的。這個情況可適當溫敷。較重者，拔罐、針灸是一個能快速舒緩疼痛的方法。
保暖措施是預防外寒、保養陽氣的重要方法。冬季主潛藏，顧護陽氣還有很多方法，還需要配合早睡晚起的作息規律。
