【中醫理論】逢黑必補
在中醫理論當中，不同顏色的食物或藥物會歸屬於不同的臟腑。人的健康程度如何，取決於人體內的腎精是否充足，人體的生長、強壯、衰老都由腎中的精氣來決定，因此，腎精直接影響人的健康和生命，所以，補腎養精是養生的關鍵之一。
黑色在五行中屬水，對應腎臟，腎則收藏精氣，關係人體的生長、強壯、衰老。故食用黑色、紫色及深褐色天然食物，乃有養生之效。四大補腎養精食物有桑椹、黑枸杞、黑芝麻及黑豆，為味甘。除桑椹屬寒，其餘三種性平，適合大部分人士食用。
[ 四大補腎養精食物 ]
桑椹
性味甘寒，其歸心、肝、腎經，可以滋陰補血、梁血生津、潤腸。
黑枸杞
味甘，性平，歸肝、腎經。補腎益精，養肝明目，補血安神，生津止渴，潤肺止咳。
黑芝麻
味甘，性平。歸肝、腎經，能補益精血、潤燥滑腸。《神農本草經》說：「主傷中虛羸，補五內，益氣力，長肌肉，填腦髓」，黑芝麻亦能烏黑秀髮。
黑豆
味甘性平，入脾經、腎經，能夠補腎益陰、健脾利濕、除熱解毒。常用於陰虧，如容易口渴，以及頭暈目眩，視物模糊或鬚髮早白的人。
[ 食療 ]
黑枸杞桑椹茶
功效：補腎養血，烏髮明目材料：桑椹8粒、黑枸杞10粒
做法：將桑椹放入杯中用滾水焗10分鐘，待水溫到60度左右加入黑枸杞，焗3-5分鐘後即可飲用。
南棗淮山烏雞湯
功效：滋陰補腎材料：南棗5粒、淮山30克、烏雞半隻、黑豆10克、冬菇適量、生薑3片
做法：
1.將冬菇洗淨浸軟，剪去菇腳；烏雞除去內臟洗淨，斬件，汆水後備用，其他材料洗淨；
2.全部材放入煲內，加入清水2500ml，大火煲滾轉文火1.5小時，加鹽調味即可。
