4. Eligibility to participate is only limited to customers whose shipping address is Hong Kong.

20. The prize delivery address is limited to Hong Kong. If it is off the ground or in remote areas or there is a chance that it will not be delivered, you will need to pay extra for transportation or you can arrange to pick it up by yourself. The pick-up location is the Oncozac retail store: Sheng Hong Hui (1/F, Star Tower, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui).
21. If the prize is damaged or lost during delivery, re-delivery or compensation will not be provided.
